I'm a concert photographer based in Frankfurt in Germany. My passion for concert photography started at the Iceland Airwaves Music Festival in 2014, when I shot 32 concerts in five days - from the audience with a small, but very powerful Sony RX100 III. Some shots from this festival like "Audience in Awe", the very first photo in my portfolio, still belong to my all-time favourites, so it's not alone the gear that counts.

In 2015 and 2016 I returned to Airwaves, this time however with professional equipment and my first festival accreditations - on behalf of Musikexpress and Rolling Stone, respectively. I also frequently work for SPH Bandcontest, the largest competition for newcomer bands in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

For accredited work my gear includes a full frame Sony Alpha 7R II, a Sony FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM, a Sony FE 70-200 2.8 GM, a Sony FE 85mm F1.4 GM, and a Sony FE 55mm F1.8 ZA Carl Zeiss Sonnar T*, among others. And I still like to shoot from the audience with my Sony RX100 III, whenever I'm at a concert just as a fan.
